Concorde: The World's
First supersonic commercial jetliner...
Must
See: A complete video tour of Concorde G-BOAG by British Airways Engineer Alan Cox.
The last landings of Concorde
were on the 24th October 2003 at about 1600hrs, at London Heathrow Airport.
To commemorate these and the history of Concorde, a great feat of engineering
and a beautiful craft, this page has been set up. The intent of this site is
to be built up by contributions from viewers: photos, pictures, data, information,
stories, video captures and more are all very welcome. I hope you enjoy this site. Use the navigation bar on the left to browse around the site's multimedia and information content.
This site
is kept alive by the kind contributions of visitors, and as such I am always
looking for anyone with new content. If you have anything you think could be
worthwhile adding to the site, that is any experiences of Concorde you have
had, or any photos or videos, I would be very grateful if you could get in touch with me. I am especially hoping
for anyone who videod or photographed the final landings to send in these, for
those of us who couldn't make those days.
Multimedia from
site visitors
If you have any videos, photographs, or
stories to tell, please email them to me at concorde@jameshovercraft.co.uk.
I will then put them into this section for all to see (if you want to that is).
Any additions would be very much appreciated. Thank you!
